Top up, what the bonus means, and where to find your invoices.
## Topping up **💰 Load Your Credits** lists the packages we offer. Each package has a price and, often, a bonus percentage: you receive the credits you paid for **plus** the bonus. The invoice covers the price you paid; the bonus appears as its own line in your credit history. Payment happens on the payment provider's own page — we never see your card details. You must accept the Terms before buying. If your connection drops on the way back, nothing is lost: the payment is confirmed independently and credited exactly once. ## Invoices An invoice is issued automatically for every completed payment and can be downloaded as a PDF from **My Account → Invoices**. It is also emailed to you. Fill in **My Account → Billing Info** before buying if you need company details on the invoice. Each invoice keeps a snapshot of those details as they were at the time. ## Credit Usage History **📊 Credit Usage History** shows every charge, top-up, bonus and refund, with: - a period filter (7 days to all time), a type filter, a tool filter, a campaign filter and free-text search; - tiles for spent, topped up, bonuses and refunded over the whole period; - an activity chart, by day for short periods and by month for long ones; - one row per transaction, with what it was for in plain words — "1,200 record(s)", "80 answer(s)", "3 results page(s)" — and the discount, if one applied.
