Credits, prices and what you pay for

How the balance works, what each tool costs, and what happens when the money runs out.

Your balance is kept in euro. Prices are shown in credits and in euro; the current credit value is on every price box. ## You always see the price first Every form shows what the run will cost before you start it, and the same calculation is used when you are charged. Where a tool cannot know the exact size of the job in advance, it tells you the maximum. ## The two ways a tool charges **Charged up front.** Website Crawler takes a fixed price per website when you press Start. Nothing else is taken during the crawl, and running out of credit cannot interrupt a crawl that has already started. **Reserved, then settled.** Listing Scraper and every monitoring tool reserve the most the run could cost, then charge what it actually did and return the rest. The campaign page shows both numbers. Lead Generator is charged as it works: page by page while searching, and per website when you crawl. ## What is never charged - A run that failed. - A search results page that did not load. - An AI answer that came back empty. - A page that could not be opened. - Sites a stopped run never reached, and sites the Website Crawler tried that returned no page at all — those are refunded automatically. ## When the balance runs out - Before a run: it is refused with a message saying what is needed. - During a Listing Scraper run: it pays for what is covered, keeps everything collected and stops. - For monitoring campaigns: monitoring is switched off, you get a notification and an email, and you press Start again after topping up. ## Discounts If we have agreed a discount for your account, it is applied at the moment of charging, so what actually leaves your balance is lower than the estimate you saw.
