See whether AI assistants name your brand when your customers ask, and who they name instead.
LLM Mentions asks AI assistants the questions your customers ask, and measures how often your brand comes up, in what place, in what tone, and whether your site is cited. ## Setting it up - **Brand name**, aliases, domain, sector, areas served and a short description of what the business does. The AI uses all of it to recognise you correctly. - **Country and language of the questions**, plus the language the analysis is written in. - **Competitors** — up to five, used for share of voice. - **Assistants** — ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Perplexity are on by default; Claude and Gemini are marked premium and cost more per answer. - **Questions** — up to 50. Press **✨ Let the AI write 20 questions** to get a starting set from your brand details, then edit them. **📌 Pin** the questions that must never be replaced; pinned questions give you the "core visibility" trend. - **🔄 Refresh questions automatically** (off by default) replaces a share of the unpinned questions every few checks, so you keep discovering new phrasings without the price changing. The rhythm runs from daily to monthly, **weekly by default** — AI answers vary between askings, so the trend over several checks is what counts. ## What you get - A **change alert** right after a check when an assistant starts or stops mentioning you for a question. - A **report**, at most once a week: visibility, core visibility, average place, whether your site was cited, a table per assistant, share of voice against your competitors, and the source domains the assistants cite most. ## What it costs Charged per **answer**, where one answer is one question asked of one assistant. The price covers what the answer and its analysis cost, plus our margin, with a small minimum per check. Assistants differ a lot in price — the premium ones are marked on the form. An answer that failed or came back empty is not charged. ## The campaign page Tiles for visibility, core visibility, average place, site cited and the tone breakdown; a visibility chart per assistant over the checks; a question × assistant grid where clicking a cell opens the whole answer with its sources and that question's history; a sources and brands tab with share of voice and the most-cited domains; the report as it was emailed; and every past check, reopenable exactly as it was. ## Worth knowing A mention only counts when your name or domain actually appears in the answer — deliberately strict, so a similarly named company is not counted as you.
