The bell, the guided tour, and why we sometimes ask what you think.
## Notifications The bell in the header shows the 20 newest notifications: finished runs, monitoring that was switched off, and other things worth knowing. **Clear** hides them from the dropdown; the full archive stays on the Notifications page, with search and filters. Email alerts are set per campaign, in the campaign's own recipients list — that way each client's reports go where they should. ## The guided tour The 13-step tour runs by itself on your first visits and shows you where everything is. **Skip tour** postpones it; ticking **Don't show this again** stops it for good. You can start it any time from the profile menu — **Take the tour**. ## Review requests Some time after a tool's first successful run, and once you have looked at the results, we ask how it went. It appears on the dashboard, never while you are creating a campaign or paying. **Later** postpones it, **Don't ask again** stops requests for that tool, and we never ask about two different tools close together. If you allow it, your review is published on our website after a check — marked as coming from a verified customer. You can also leave one any time from **Leave a review** in the footer.
