The short version: you point a tool at the web, it collects or watches something for you, and you pay for what it actually did.
CRAWER is a set of tools that collect information from the web for you and keep watching it while you get on with your work. ## The tools, in one line each | Tool | What it gives you | |---|---| | **Website Crawler** | Crawls the websites you list and pulls out contact details and other data. | | **Lead Generator** | Finds websites that match what you are looking for, then crawls the ones you pick. | | **Listing Scraper** | Turns a listing or catalogue page into a table of records, page after page. | | **Content Monitor** | Watches a page and tells you when the part you care about changes. | | **Legal Monitor** | Watches official and legal sources for anything about a company or a subject. | | **SERP Tracker** | Follows where your pages rank for the keywords you choose. | | **LLM Mentions** | Asks AI assistants about your market and reports whether your brand comes up. | | **Backlinks Search** | Shows who links to a domain, which pages they link to and with what anchor text. | ## How work is organised - A **campaign** is one job: one tool, one set of settings. You create it once and run it whenever you need. - A **project** is a folder for campaigns that belong together — usually one client or one website. - A **run** is one execution of a campaign. Runs wait in the queue, then report back. ## The rhythm of using it 1. Create a campaign from the dashboard or from **My Projects**. 2. Check the estimated cost shown on the form before you start. 3. Start the run. You can close the browser — the work continues on our servers. 4. Come back to the campaign page for the results, or wait for the email. New here? The guided tour in the profile menu (**Take the tour**) walks you through the screens in about a minute.
