Affiliate Programme Terms

1. The programme

The affiliate programme of the Crawer platform at crawler.tool1.app is run by TULAN LTD., 1618, Ilcho Dimitrov 7a str., Bulgaria, UIC 205830754 (“we”, “us”). These terms apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By applying you accept them.

2. Joining

You need an account to apply. We review every application and may accept or refuse it without giving reasons. Once approved you receive a personal link and a dashboard.

3. How referrals are counted

• A visitor who opens your link is remembered in their browser for the number of days shown in your dashboard (a strictly necessary referral cookie).
• If they create an account in that time, they are counted as your referral. The last affiliate link they opened counts.
• A user can belong to one affiliate only. You cannot refer yourself, your own company or accounts you control.
• We may also assign existing users to you; rewards then count only from the day of the assignment.

4. Rewards

• Your plan, shown in your dashboard, sets your rewards: a share of the payments made by your referrals, a fixed reward per referral who pays, and/or a reward for each step of spending.
• Rewards are calculated only on money actually paid, without VAT and after any refunds. Free and bonus credits never earn rewards.
• Every reward is pending for a hold period (shown in your dashboard) and becomes available afterwards. A reward for a payment that is refunded or charged back is cancelled.
• Rewards paid in credits are added to your balance and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Cash payouts

• Cash payouts are available to companies and sole traders only. You issue an invoice to us for the amount of each payout.
• You can request a payout once your available rewards reach the minimum shown in your dashboard. We pay by bank transfer (IBAN) or through Stripe within 14 days of an accepted request.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and for correct invoice and bank details.

6. Promoting the platform

• Promote the platform honestly. Do not make promises about results, prices or features that are not on our website.
• Do not send spam, use misleading ads, or bid on our brand name in search advertising.
• Do not present yourself as us or as our employee.
• Tell your audience that you earn a reward when you recommend us, where the law requires it.

7. Fraud and termination

We may withhold or cancel rewards and close an affiliate account for fake or self-made sign-ups, abuse of bonuses, breaches of these terms or of the law. Either side may leave the programme at any time; rewards already available are still paid, subject to the minimum payout.

8. Personal data

Your dashboard shows statistics only. Email addresses of your referrals are never shown in full. You must not collect personal data of the people you refer on our behalf.

9. Changes

We may change the programme or these terms. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that reduces your rewards takes effect.
